1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CampaignForge AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
CampaignForge AI provides marketing content generation tools, templates, and campaign planning assistance. Output is drafted by AI and is provided as a starting point that you should review and edit before use.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee sales, traffic, commissions, income, or any specific business results. Your results depend on your offer, audience, traffic source, copy quality, follow-up, and execution.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for spam, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to abuse credits, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you promote on.
5. Plans & credits
Plans include a defined number of monthly credits. Credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. We do not offer "unlimited" usage.
6. Commercial & client use
Commercial and client use rights are defined by your plan (for example, Agency and White Label). Review your plan features for the applicable rights.
7. Account suspension
We may pause or disable access for refunds, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Your data is preserved unless you request deletion.
8. Content ownership
You own the campaign briefs you enter and are responsible for the final content you publish. Please review all generated output for accuracy and compliance before use.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
